Abstract. Nowadays laparoscopic adrenalectomy has become a method of choice in the surgical treatment of adrenal tumor of different origin. As far as efficiency is concerned, this operation is as good as open adrenalectomy. However, rehabilitation and hospital stay periods with laparoscopic access are much shorter. From 2011 till 2014 including 57 adrenal tumor operations were conducted in surgical department №3 of Penza regional oncologic dispensary. Among them there were 29 (50,9%) open operations and 28 (49,1%) laparoscopic adrenalectomies. The article contains the comparative analysis of «open» and laparoscopic adrenalectomies.

Abstract. Analysis of complications of endoscopic retrograde transpapillary interventions by periods of activity from 2007 to 2015 taking into account the implementation of the most important preventive and therapeutic measures was conducted. Postmanipulation complications after 1028 transpapillary interventions in 575 patients in 30 cases occured and amounted to 2,9%, mortality occured in 1 case (0,09%).
