Abstract. Analysis of complications of endoscopic retrograde transpapillary interventions by periods of activity from 2007 to 2015 taking into account the implementation of the most important preventive and therapeutic measures was conducted. Postmanipulation complications after 1028 transpapillary interventions in 575 patients in 30 cases occured and amounted to 2,9%, mortality occured in 1 case (0,09%).

Abstract

Introduction. Improvement of ultrasonic methods of research has opened up new possibilities for studying two-way communication between the procoagulant activity of malignant tumors and the growth of the metastatic potential of tumor cells. The aim of this study is to identify the relationship of ultrasonographic signs of idiopathic venous thrombosis and malignancies.
