Abstract. The article presents a clinical case of a rare tumor in a 71-year-old woman, characterized by an increased number of abnormal mast cells, which accumulated in large numbers in the bone marrow, lymph nodes, liver, spleen, and gastrointestinal tract. The case demonstrates the dynamics of the disease, its manifestations, and the causes of death.
