Abstract. Oncogynecological diseases are currently widespread among the general population of cancer patients and, unfortunately, the proportion of young patients in this cohort is steadily increasing. More than 70% of patients in this group need radiation therapy, therefore it is important to introduce a personalized approach in the application and implementation of radiation treatment in each clinical case. Thanks to the use of modern techniques and equipment in the Tomsk region, patients with oncogynecological diseases receive high-tech effective safe and timely radiotherapy in accordance with the clinical recommendations of the Ministry of Health. Only conformal irradiation techniques are used in the Tomsk Regional Oncology Center in compliance with ionizing radiation doses to maximize target coverage and ensure tolerant levels for critical organs and tissues. This article describes the main indications for radiation therapy in oncogynecological patients, describes all stages of radiation treatment and provides a clinical case of the use of radiotherapy in real clinical practice on the basis of the Tomsk Regional Oncology Center.
