Abstract. According to the latest achievements in the diagnosis and treatment of oncological diseases, there is a trend in the growth of consumption of medicinal antitumor drugs. Drug antitumor therapy is the most expensive type of treatment for cancer patients. Unfortunately, not all CSG tariffs are surplus, therefore, the system of centralized dilution of medicinal anticancer drugs is aimed at saving money for medical institutions. In addition, the functioning of the centralized drug dilution department makes it possible to increase the safety of antitumor drug therapy.
