Abstract. The management of patients with stage IV colorectal cancer requires long-term therapy including polychemotherapy and targeted drugs. Choosing the optimal maintenance therapy regimen allows increasing overall survival and progression-free survival while maintaining the quality of life of patients. The article presents the clinical case that clearly demonstrates the possibility of long-term management of patients with metastatic colon cancer with high efficacy.
