Abstract. The conducted research allowed to establish that in the structure of the incidence of malignant tumors of oral cavity and pharynx occupies an insignificant place for the study period, the value of the extensive indicator is 2.3% for males and 1.4% for females, respectively. In the case of diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx, mortality rates were noted as quite high and amounted to 2.00/0000 in men and 0.60/0000 in women. Standardization of indicators by age revealed the highest increase in morbidity in the age groups 50-59 and 60-69 years (1,00/0000 in men and 0,40/0000 in women, respectively).
