Abstract. Approach to the treatment of patients of oncology must be considering physical psychological social and spiritual aspects. Modern treatment methods of treatment for oncology patients depends upon oncologist it’s not only to solve professional task, but also knowledge of psychology. Among the psychological barriers in patients with cancer observed limiting (negative) beliefs that lead to poor treatment outcomes consequence of insufficient motivation for recovery, as well as leading to a reduction and slowing down the main treatment process. For the optimization and increased impact the oncologist working under framework of Tatarstan Cancer Center, was held communicative training. In training doctors was created algorithm in which they added the psychological help to the patients. Doctors selected frequent negative beliefs. The work was composed of selected voice modules.
