THE CASE OF COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT OF ESOPHAGUS CANCER AFTER IATROGENIC PERFORATION

Abstract. The article shows a clinical case of treatment of patient with iatrogenic injury of distressed by malignant tumor esophagus and fiberoptic esophagogastroduodenoscopy. Using of endoscopic vacuum-aspirating therapy with VATS sanitation of pleural cavity and mediastinum was applied on the first stage of treatment, neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy ― on the second stage, transthoratic subtotal resection of esophagus with plastic surgery by an isoperistaltic stem and making of esophagogastroanastamosis on the neck ― on the third stage. The experience gained allows to optimize surgical tactic of esophagus perforations treatment with using of miniinvasive technologies.
