 Abstract. Sentinel lymph node biopsy is a modern method of staging locoregional prevalence of cancer pathology and allows selecting the extent of surgical intervention for breast cancer. According to our data, the sensitivity of detection of a sentinel lymph node in patients with breast cancer is 90.3%; specificity — 100%.
