Abstract

An inframammary fold is an important component of attractive and normal appearance of a breast, and, as a result, it is an important structure that affects obtaining an optimum aesthetic result in breast reconstruction. With this, the existing surgical methods of restoration of the fold have different technical features of implementation, which affects the final aesthetic result of the reconstructive surgery. Therefore, the article discusses the comparative evaluation of the results of applying the most common methods of inframammary fold creation techniques in order to assess the efficiency of their use.
