Abstract. In article is presented the review of the literature complications after operations on bodies of a small basin. We had been lead greater work on studying the review of the literature of the Russian and foreign researches on the given subject matter. These complications are connected with expansion of readings to operative treatment of new growths of a small basin and with wide introduction laparoscopic and endoscopy interventions. The principal cause of all complications consists in close anatomic-topographical relationships, the general sources of blood supply and innervations. There is actual a question of development of powerful methods of the prevention intra- and postoperative complications at operations on bodies of a small basin.
