Abstract. Radical surgery of recurrent cancer of stomach in the zone of esophagoenterostomy after gastrectomy is possible in less than a half of the patients. There were operated 6 patients, age ranging from 56 to 79. The surgical intervention included removal of esophagoenterostomy with subtotal resection or extirpation of esophagus, esophagoplasty with left half of the colon in the right pleural cavity (2 patients) and in the neck (3 patients). In one case there was used abdominomediastinal approach with hardware esophagojejunostomy. There were no lethal outcomes
