Abstract. Melanoma of the gallbladder is an extremely rare tumor. In the available domestic literature, there are no cases of this disease, and in the foreign only a few dozen clinical cases. In this regard, the management tactics of patients with the above pathology is unknown, there are no clinical recommendations for management of the melanoma of the gallbladder. A detailed description of each new clinical observation is important for obtaining statistical information and developing a standard for the treatment of patients with this pathology. This article describes a clinical observation of a patient with a melanoma of the gallbladder with metastases to the regional lymph nodes.
