Abstract. The use of computer navigation system is new actively explored the method used for operations on the abdominal and retroperitoneal organs. In this paper, we propose an original hardware-software complex, which on the basis of computer tomography data, forms a virtual body model, transmitted to the operating screen monitor using a surgical navigation system, involving a mechanical digitizer. The method is used in laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. 9 patients were operated on average 45.9 age (38-54) years, the mean operative time was 101.7 (80-155) minutes, warm ischemia time ― 17.3 (12-25) minutes. No serious complications were noted. The average duration of treatment was 6.9 (5-10) days. The method provided a better orientation of the surgeon during the operation.
